Well, we’ve only bleedin’ well gone and done it – the big 5-0! Personally this feels like a very special moment, to be at the helm of a national institution like Mayfair when it moves from its first to its second halfcentury of existence – and to mark the fact we’ve assembled a very special cast of cuties indeed. We get plenty of letters of thanks when we get things right, but let metake this opportunity to thank all our loyal readers for keeping the Mayfair flame alive all these years. Long may it continue!
