Living on a cold and wet island surrounded by the North Sea, you could forgive us Brits for the general pandemonium that ensues, when those first warming rays of sun strike out. They bring promise of a long hot summer spent lolling in deck chairs, accompanied by various burnt on the outside undercooked on the inside pieces of meat and lukewarm beer, because due to our climate we’ve never really needed to get to grips with refrigeration or barbeques. So as the days grow longer and the air warmer just remember, British summers rarely last for more than two weeks but Club and all the beautiful girls between its pages will always be there come rain or shine!
